No. XERF is a dual-frequency monopolar radiofrequency device. It uses high-frequency electrical energy rather than laser light.
What does XERF feel like?
Patients commonly describe warmth as the handpiece moves across the treatment area. Settings are customized, and your provider will check comfort throughout the visit.
Is there downtime?
Downtime is generally minimal, although temporary redness, warmth, tenderness, or swelling can occur. Follow your provider's aftercare instructions and contact the clinic with concerns.
When might I notice a change?
